When you communicate with us via WhatsApp, we collect your phone number, display name, and message content to provide automated support and track inquiries.

Your information is used to provide and improve our services, match candidates with job descriptions, facilitate the hiring process, communicate with you about your account, and respond to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with agency recruiters and hiring organizations as part of the recruitment process, and with service providers who assist in operating the platform (including cloud hosting, communication APIs, and AI services).

5. WhatsApp Communications

ClikHire uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API to communicate with candidates and prospects. Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed through Meta's infrastructure. By messaging our WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving automated responses and follow-up communications. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
