ClikHire is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed for staffing agencies and corporate HR teams, operated and maintained by CLIKBOUND PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, resume data) as well as usage data such as pages visited and actions taken within the platform. When you communicate with us via WhatsApp, we collect your phone number, display name, and message content to provide automated support and track inquiries.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve our services, match candidates with job descriptions, facilitate the hiring process, communicate with you about your account, and respond to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with agency recruiters and hiring organizations as part of the recruitment process, and with service providers who assist in operating the platform (including cloud hosting, communication APIs, and AI services).

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our database uses row-level security to ensure organizational data isolation. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. WhatsApp Communications

ClikHire uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API to communicate with candidates and prospects. Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed through Meta's infrastructure. By messaging our WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving automated responses and follow-up communications. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting our support team at contact@clikhire.ai.

7. ClikHire Auto-Fill Browser Extension

ClikHire offers an optional Chrome browser extension, ClikHire Auto-Fill, that fills job application forms for you from the profile you already provided. Installing and using it is entirely voluntary.

• What it accesses. When you open a supported job-application page (currently Workday, on *.myworkdayjobs.com), the extension fetches your application profile (name, contact details, location, work eligibility and similar fields) from clikhire.ai using your existing signed-in session, and enters those values into the form's fields.
• What it does not do. It runs only on supported job-application pages, does not read your browsing history or your activity on other sites, does not sell or share your data with any third party, and never submits an application for you — you always review and submit yourself.
• Permissions. It requests access to clikhire.ai (to fetch your profile), Workday job-application pages (to fill the form), and your browser's local storage (to remember your settings). It does not use tabs, browsing history, or remotely-hosted code.
• Your control. You can remove the extension from your browser at any time, which stops all of the above immediately. Your underlying ClikHire data remains governed by the rest of this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.
